| Bombo lands his ship on Earth in a very dense forest. He opens the hatch and gasps. He has never seen trees before. Bombo walks out of the ship and stumbles over a big log on the ground. This disturbs a beehive that is in the old log. Something starts flying around him. Bombo looks on in amazement. What is this thing? Can it help him gather information about amazing things?
"Hey, what are you?" Bombo asks nervously. The bee replies with quite a smart attitude. "I am a bee. What are you?" Bombo tells the bee that he is a robot, and he has journeyed to Earth from a far away planet to learn about living creatures.
Bombo asks the bee, "Are you amazing?"

| "Oh, yes!" says the bee, "I am quite amazing. I live in a beehive where we produce honey. We are a very organized colony. Each bee in my colony has a job to do. My job is to collect nectar from the flowers and bring it back to the hive. That is how we make honey for the winter." Bombo listens carefully.
"When I am in the flower collecting nectar, pollen from the flower gets stuck to my feet. The pollen is carried with me to the next flower. This is called pollination. Pollination is how the flowers and fruit on Earth continue reproducing."

"Wow! You are amazing. Can you help me find more amazing things on your planet?"
"Sure.", says the bee, "You can follow me while I do my job. I see all kinds of amazing creatures during my day's work. Come on! You have to keep up! We have work to do. Bees are always busy."
So, Bombo takes off with the little bee to another patch of flowers.
